Have you ever seen a piece of artwork and wondered what inspired the artist to create it? Well let’s chat about Profile Noire together during my upcoming Artist Talk!

What is an Artist Talk?

Artist Talks are usually held when an artist’s work is on exhibit. It gives people the opportunity to discuss the work created directly with the artist to get more insight into their creative process, inspiration for the work created, and any other questions the participant may have. It makes up for the inability to speak with or meet the artist during the opening.

This is usually an intimate setting with time for viewing the exhibit and light refreshments.

December 12th, 2019 6pm to 9pm

January 18th, 2020 6pm to 9pm

All events will take place at the Charles Sumner School Museum & Archives, 1201 17th St. NW Washington, DC
